A top-quality product can only be conceived, if one uses the best raw materials available. In Alshifa, we select and buy raw materials after the in-house quality control division approves the quality. The quality standards for raw materials are strictly adhered to laid down specifications. All records are thoroughly investigated regularly and periodically for the up bringing of product style.
We use Gamma radiation sterilization in Dammam plant. This is the most expensive sterilizing process, and yield almost 100% sterilized product. The sterilization expires period for the products technically are of five years. However, it is printed as three years from the date of manufacture, as per Saudi law requisitions. To withstand the Gamma radiation sterilization, we need special raw materials, and packing materials. We use Ethylene Oxide gas in Dubai plant. This process is slightly cheaper, and yields a quality equivalent to Gamma radiation sterilization. Our Syringes are guaranteed pyroxene free syringes.
